  • night tour in belize mountain pine ridge

    Night Walk

    Cacao & Chocolate

Begin with raw cacao beans — roast them, grind them on a traditional stone metate, and work them into chocolate as the Maya have done for millennia. End with a traditional cacao drink and your own creation to take home.

  • remote waterfall with dining table

    Waterfall Picnic

A thoughtfully prepared spread of locally sourced dishes, set beside one of the reserve's private waterfalls or forest pools. The kitchen does the work. You just need to find a good rock to sit on.

  • dining experience in mountain pine ridge belize

    Private Dining

Two formats, both extraordinary: a personalized chef's tasting built around your preferences, or a Private Jungle Dinner under the pine canopy with the rainforest as backdrop. Coordinated entirely by the team — you arrive, you sit, the rest unfolds.

Begin before dawn and shadow the farmer through a living Milpa — the ancient Maya companion planting system of beans, maize, and squash that has sustained this culture for over three thousand years. Harvest your own peanuts, learn the holy trinity of Maya agriculture, plant your own seed, and return at dinner to eat what you gathered. One of the most complete farm-to-table experiences available anywhere in Belize.
